Sullivan Park Assisted Living is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with beautifully landscaped grounds. Affordable month-to-month rent includes utilities, cable, weekly housekeeping, 3 chef-prepared meals daily, full time activity director and van for scheduled transportation and 24-hour personalized assistance.

The Cottages at Sullivan Park offer a retirement option for seniors who want to maintain an independent lifestyle, but would like the comfort, security and peace of mind that a senior community can offer. Month-to-month rental agreement eliminates costly buy-in contracts and services include one meal per day in our community dining room, weekly housekeeping, utilities, routine maintenance and landscaping, and an emergency call system. One and two-bedroom cottages have 2 baths, full kitchens, attached garages and washers and dryers.

Both properties are Non-Smoking and accept family pets.

Take the Sullivan Road exit off of I-90 and go south on Sullivan Road, crossing Sprague at the intersection and turning right on 4th Avenue. Follow 4th Ave. until you get to Adams.
