Arbor Place at Silver Lake, a three-year-old assisted living facility located in Everett, Washington has 100 apartments consisting of various size studio/alcove, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments within a three-story complex.

Arbor Place, a joint venture with the Providence Health System, houses the Providence Senior Wellness Center. The center has a Licensed Nurse Practitioner as its director. Nearly two-thirds of the residents utilize the clinic for primary care either through the services of the director or by selecting a provider in the main clinic. The Providence Everett Medical Clinic Mill Creek is co-located on the campus grounds with Arbor Place. Six in house clinics (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Audiology, Laboratory, Massage Therapy) are offered to the residents. Residents may also choose Providence Pharmacy Service as their primary pharmaceutical provider.

Arbor Place offers a wide range of services to its residents. Three home-cooked meals served in restaurant style are the social focal point of each day. Health and safety are assured through 16 hours of licensed nursing. A park like setting of woodlands, wetlands and wildlife, yet within walking distance of a modern shopping complex and a full calendar of community events make Arbor Place a vibrant active community of seniors.
