"Thank you for the article. It’s very informative. I also want to update you regarding my mom. She was discharged today, and moved into Oyster Bay. After feeling very anxious in the morning, she seemed to be feeling more excited about it. The staff welcomed her warmly and I feel confident we chose the right place for her. I’ll keep you posted. Thank you so very much for your help. Your guidance and support have been a blessing for me. Thank you again."
"Mom is doing incredibly well. The stroke has left her with very minimal language deficits. At this point, her primary difficulty is with very mild word finding difficulties. She is aware when this occurs and just moves on with the next thing. Thanks again for all of your help. Mom is living like a "queen" and we would never have found a home for her without you."
"I can't tell you how much I appreciate your assistance with placing Ruth. We are very happy with the placement and her current residence is wonderful. The staff are excellent. Unfortunately Ruth is failing quickly and the end appears to be very near. I do want to say however your service was a blessing to our family. Ruth has many times over verbalized how appreciative she is of such a wonderful place to spend her final days. Again, I thank you so very much for the service you provide, not just for myself and my family, but for those I am sure you are assisting everyday"
