Welcome Home to Oakdale Heights of Cypress Pointe! We offer more than just a place to live, with our warm atmosphere and our caring staff, you will become part of our family.

We offer multiple choice of meals to suite your culinary taste. Like to go to the theater? So do we, our bus can take you, or if you just want to go sightseeing Oceanside or shopping in any of our unique shops we can accommodate you there also. Tuesdays and Thursdays are reserved especially for our residents who have medical appointments. Activities include parties in our beautiful courtyard, picnics park side, trips to the many museums in Norfolk and in house musical entertainment. We also have a Beauty Salon where both Ladies and Gents can have their hair done.

We have a resident laundry but if you don’t want this chore anymore we can take this off your hands, along with housekeeping chores. If you need some assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, we can help.

Our Memory Care Unit is designed to fulfill the needs of those residents with Memory Impairment or Alzheimer’s disease. Our programs include Reality Orientation, Physical Exercise, Memory Stimulation, and Spiritual along with having a good old sing along.
