Here at Cobblestones at Fairmont, we offer the perfect complement of housing, health care, support services, meals, activities and many extra amenities for seniors who need help with daily living, but want to maintain their independence. These services are all provided in one customized Service Care Plan, all for one affordable monthly fee. Daily care is provided by a single caregiver each shift, who offers all of the personalized care and support the resident needs. Our community also has a licensed nurse on duty twenty-four hours per day. For additional security and safety, Cobblestones at Fairmont offers a personal one-touch emergency response pager and call system. With so much available right here, many of our residents never require services beyond the assisted living level.
