Heritage Place offers all of the standard services of a retirement community. There are, additionally, a numbers of reason why people choose Heritage Place over the competition: 1. Conimuum of Care, 2. Therapy Pool, Massage and Physical Therapy, and 3. Locally Owned and Operated.

Continuum of Care: We offer individual apartments, assisted living type I & II, as well as a memory support wing. This means that if a resident needs additional services after moving to Heritage Place, we may continue to care for them in our community instead of having them move to an entirely different facility.

Therapy Facilities: The pool provides a great way to exercie and stay active with low impact water aerobics. Massage and Physical Therapy are also located on-site. Residents at Heritage Place simply need to walk to the separate offices for their appointments in massage Therapy and Physical Therapy.

Locally Owned and Operated: Retirement Living Group, which owns Heritage Place, is native to Utah. They know what makes Utah different and so are able to cater to the residents better. Retirement Living Group has been in business for 25 years. This brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Heritage Place.
