We are a lovely, small, quaint one story community nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. The community is within one mile of a major hospital and other medical services. With only 47 apartments and INCLUSIVE CARE (no levels), we personalize a care plan to service our residents with three home-cooked meals a day, assistance with medications, dressing, bathing, grooming, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry services, escorts to dining/activities, availability to 24hr staff, a fast emergency response pendent system, and transportation needs. Continence and transfer assistance is also available.

Independence means everything to our residents and we know how important it is to honor and respect their dignity; therefore, we always put the resident first. Whether it be small groups gathered around a card table…a Saturday night social…leisure meals with relaxed conversation between friends…throughout Champion Oaks, you’ll find a strong sense of community – a warm, caring atmosphere in which everyone feels like they belong, including family members.
