We are a secured community that specializes in caring for those with dementia.  Our premises are safe and secure with keypads designed for safe entry and more importantly, safe exits.   We have private and semi-private rooms.  Our rooms are approximately 245 square feet with double windows in each room.  We are located in a residential area on a quite street.  We urge our families to bring their loved ones own furniture so they will feel that it is truly their home.  We have nurses and aides that assist with all daily living activities. Each resident is assessed and their individual needs are met.  We have several groups that visit our home to furnish entertainment, stimulation and uplifting personal contact with children, animals and other activities that make life more enjoyable to all. 

All administrators are Eden certified and we embrace the concept that as much as possible to let each resident make their own choices and remain as independent as long as possible.  We embrace a family setting that revolves around our residents and their comfort and care.

 

We have several themed parties each year and as always families are always included.  We celebrate all religions and welcome all to worship as they wish.

Amenities and Services

  • We have nurses from 7:00am to 7:00pm daily to administer medications and assess residents as needed.
  • We have specialty trained aides to assist with 24 hour a day needs of the resident.
  • We have an activities person to work in groups and one on one with our residents.
  • We furnish cable television at no extra cost.
  • We have a hair stylist that comes weekly.
  • We have homecooked meals 3 times a day and snacks.
  • We have no steps or elevators. It is all located on one floor.
  • We have worship services each Sunday.
  • Daily housekeeping and daily laundry as needed.
  • Also included is an emergency pull cord in the main room and also in the bathroom.
  • All baths are equipped with grab bars and elevated commodes.
