Windsor House Greenville is a 50-bed community conveniently located on Pelham Road on Greenville's eastside. We are 1.5 miles from I-85 and 2.5 miles from Haywood Mall/Road. The facility is 9 years old, single story, and beautiful inside and out. The brick Georgian architecture with large white columns and dormers on the roof is set in a beautifully manicured large yard. There are well kept patios and courtyards, as well as a beautiful sunroom. There are three den areas, two formal and one "Library" which is more informal.We offer spacious rooms, arranged in Studio fashion, all with private baths/showers. Our small size allows a strong focus on individual care needs and easy acclimation for new residents.

The community is owned by the Administrator, Mr. Joe Pollard, who has lived in Greenville since 1984. He purchased the community 5 years ago. Our Resident Services Director, Nancy, has been with the community over 7 years.We have a great team of Caregivers, and hope to have the opportunity to show the facility off to you and your family.
