  • Each service package will provide the resident with the following:
  • Choice of available apartments
  • Three meals daily
  • Housekeeping services weekly including daily bed making and trash service
  • Linen service weekly
  • Personal laundry service weekly
  • Transportation to appointments, events, etc.
  • Licensed nurses on staff to monitor and coordinate care needs
  • Recreational activities program
  • Medication management and administration
  • Scheduling of physician appointments and coordinated transportation as needed
  • Cognitive assistance including reminders and re-direction
  • Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Escorts and assistance with dining including provision of special therapeutic diets

  • The service provided above, plus one or more of the following services:

  • Monitoring of lab work for certain medications (i.e. Coumadin, Dilantin, etc.)
