Harvest Homes is located on 2 ½ acres in the historic St. Johns area of North Portland. We offer three different living situations for older adults: Assisted Living Apartments, Residential Care, and a Special Care Unit for those with Alzheimer ’s disease or other dementias. These different settings, combined with various levels of care, make our community unique.
We continually strive to provide affordable care to maximize independence and maintain quality of life. Our staff assists each resident in developing choices and opportunities to meet their changing social, physical and medical needs. Twenty-four hour on-duty caregivers are trained to assist with activities of daily living.
