Independent Living
Our Independent Living level of care at Fairfield Pavilion is designed for those residents who are independent with their personal care and require no routine assistance from our nursing staff. While at the same time, gives our residents the peace of mind knowing that, if needed, help isn’t far away.

Residents can take advantage of all the services and activities that are provided facility wide while giving up all the worries of living alone in the community.

Assisted Living
Assisted Living at Fairfield Pavilion provides each resident with a warm supportive environment. Individualized services encourage each resident to maintain their independence while receiving the assistance that they need.

A “Level of Care” structure provides residents with care when they need it. Residents are evaluated routinely to determine how much assistance they require from our staff.

Assisted Living and Memory Impaired
Specially designed for those residents needing additional supervision and supportive services, but; not requiring full nursing care, this unit features the same amenities offered in our traditional assisted living with the addition of special programming and additional security.

Skilled & Intermediate Nursing Care Rehabilitation Services
Located adjacent to Fairfield Pavilion, Tri-County Extended Care Center provides personalized care, respecting the wishes of the residents while promoting a high quality of life and preserving each residents dignity.
