Independence Village is a luxury retirement community that offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for active seniors. Each apartment features full kitchens, generous closet space, and private patios or balconies. We include the following in the monthly rental: one meal daily prepared by our executive chefs, all utilities (excluding telephone), 73 cable stations, housekeeping, laundry services, activities, shuttle service, and emergency call system in every apartment.
Our activity calendar is filled with social events, like exercise, computer classes and clubs. Learn how to use Internet in our computer center, exercise in our fitness center or just enjoy a game of cards in one of our games and activity rooms. At Independence Village, we offer a full-service hair and nail salon, full-service branch bank, three dining rooms, library, game and activity rooms, billiard room, indoor garden center, computer centers, exercise room and fitness classes, Village Café, chapel, wellness center, and complimentary laundry facilities.
