We offer Independent Living, Independence Plus and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care at The Seasons at Southpoint. At Alta Walk, we offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom cottages with garages up to 1,593 square feet.

All spacious apartments have the option of a patio, screened in porch or sunroom, large walk in closets, washer/dryer hook ups, and full size kitchens including all appliances. The community also features a 15,000 square foot Clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, high speed internet business center, pub/lounge and a beauty salon/barber shop on site. Additionally, Alta Walk has 24 hour secure access as well as emergency call buttons in each apartment. Other amenities we offer include scheduled transportation, wide variety of planned activities and special events, breakfast and dinner daily, housekeeping and linen services, as well as community planting gardens.
