The Bristol Home is a non-profit
assisted living facility located in the theatre district of Downtown Buffalo. The Bristol Home has served the needs of the area’s elderly women for more than one hundred and thirty-five years. Our mission is to continue providing exceptional care and services to the aging population while affirming the values of human dignity and enrichment of the individual. I am sure you will find this elegant Victorian mansion, set in urban environment, a perfect place to call home. Our residents participate in resident organizations for the betterment of the home while also, having access to programs that reflect physical, spiritual, social and emotional needs.
Our home is designed to meet the needs of those who need moderate supervision and assistance with daily care, including bathing, dressing and medication management. Our services range from activity programs, offering any number of craft projects to social outings, to a dietary department offering a well balanced diet planned by a registered dietician tailored to the needs of each individual. By offering these essential services, our residents are able to maintain a high level of independence which allows them to pursue other interests.
