The Commons is our specialized care program designed for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia or other related memory impairments. We provide a program of activities in a safe, secure and comfortable environment designed to maximize independence, professionally trained caregivers, and nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
The Club - Adult Day Health Care provides a much needed daily break for those with the responsibility of caring for an older adult while still trying to maintain balance in their own lives. The Club provides a safe structured daytime setting, door to door transportation, individualized plan of care, health screening and monitoring, medication administration, assistance with personal care activities, therapeutic activities, nutritious meals, entertainment, education and referrals.
