Willow Creek is the only locally, family owned and operated Assisted Living and Memory Care in Las Vegas. We have been in Las Vegas since 1997. Because of this, we have the most stable Management and Care giving Staff. We are licensed for 113 total Residential Facility Beds. 85 of those are for elderly or disabled Residents, Category 1; 28 facility bed Alzheimer’s Disease Category II Residents.
