Phase II of Grand Lodge, is now being planned! Lincoln’s newest senior living community, Grand Lodge, is part of The Preserve: a traditional neighborhood being developed at 80th and Pioneer Boulevard on over 67 acres of wooded land. Grand Lodge at The Preserve is sponsored by and is an affiliate of Life Care
Retirement Communities, Inc. (LCRC) a twenty five year old firm. The community is designed to provide carefree senior living for independent people who also desire access to a full continuum of care if needed, and are 55 years and older with middle to upper income.
Grand Lodge is barrier free with sound resistant walls and fire-rated construction. Residences have full size kitchens, patios or terraces, one, two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Size of the residences range from 675 square feet to over 1,800 square feet. The financial structure includes a one time entrance fee and/or supplemental fee that will be returned upon transfer of the residence to another qualified resident.
Grand Lodge features a community/dining room, private dining room, coffee shop, home theatre, hobby shop, billiards room, craft room, wellness area with a whirlpool, library area, computer center, and under-building tempered parking with individual storage areas. Also included is a 24-hour emergency response system, entry security, scheduled transportation, and flexible dining. An executive director coordinates activities and building management. Phase II will include a beauty/barber shop, larger craft room and an additional guest room.
The continuum of care center features one bedroom one bathroom residences with twenty-four hour staffing, its own private entrance, beautiful common space and dining. Residents are also assured of ongoing
skilled nursing care, which is provided by Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital. Grand Lodge residents are eligible for discounted rates for both
assisted living and
skilled nursing services
