Stone Hearth Estates provides retirement living in a beautiful residential neighborhood located next to Lake Helen. Our three-story, handicap-accessible retirement community has 41 apartments or suites for independent and assisted living and 14 private suites for memory impaired residents located in a secure, homelike space. Monthly rent for all residents includes services that provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Should any of our residents require help with other activities their basic service plan can be individualized to meet those needs. Our facility is staffed by personnel who genuinely care for our family of residents.
