"I just want to take the time to thank you with all of my heart for guiding us to such a great place. The staff is so kind and you can tell there is caring ever present; which is the most important thing to me for my elder. Mrs. L is very happy with what she saw and she looks forward to a long stay. She is very social so all of the activities and the others will enable her to have a life and not be alone."

You got us in so quickly to so many facilities that I would never have found on my own (each facility was wonderful), you were able to answer my many questions, and you listened and understood what has been going on in our lives. We took Al to Brighton Gardens. When we first got there he was distrustful and looked at me and said "You're taking me home, right?" I said yes. He was a bit feisty for a moment, not seeming to like it there. Carolyn and I left him for a bit to talk with the nurse and get his belongings. By the time we got back to his section, he was sitting at a table drinking coffee and eating so we just left to let him get adjusted."

"You will be glad to hear that my sister Ruth is very happy at Springhouse. She has many people with whom to talk, and there are always interesting activities planned. Last week one of the activity directors got her involved in a bridge game. Although she had not played for many years she still had her point count card and the score card - it was a lovely afternoon for her. We can't thank you enough for all your help."
