Oak Meadows is a senior living community dedicated to providing seniors with opportunities for personal, spiritual, social and educational enrichment.  Oak Meadows is a not-for-profit community consisting of 62 independent apartments and 61 assisted living apartments.  We are a recognized as a ministry of the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ.  Our home care services are provided by Presbyterian Homes Home Health Care.  Home care and professional staff are on-site 24 hours, 7 days a week.  We have been named "Best Assisted Living" and "Best Senior Retirement Community" for many years.  We are active members of the Oakdale Business and Professional Association as well as the St. Paul and Woodbury Chamber.  Our Mission:  Oak Meadows will provide a dignified living environment which embodies God's love for all and is dedicated to the well-being of our tenants, their families and our staff.  In a recent survey, 100% of families and 97% of our tenants who responded said that they would recommend Oak Meadows to a family member or friend.
