Epiphany Assisted Living is located on the beautiful Epiphany Campus in Coon Rapids. The Campus includes Epiphany Church and school. Also, Epiphany Pines Senior Housing. Epiphany Assisted Living is a non-denominational building.

 

Epiphany Assisted Living has 50 apartments and 14 unit Memory Care. All residents are individuals and have individual needs. An RN does an assessment to determine what cares our home health agency can assist with. Our role is not to "do for" but to "assist with" each resident identified needs. By emphasizing assistance we will support independance and promote dignity.

 

Our memory care unit emphasizes Activity Focused Care. This recognizes that every aspect of the resident's day-anything that he/she does or is involved with-is their activity of the moment.
