American House East II is a two-story 97 unit building with two shared housing apartment, four efficiencies, 73 standard one-bedroom, eight one-bedroom with den, two two-bedroom, six large one-bedrooms and one two-bedroom/two-bath. Also, a fully furnished apartment is available for respite stay. Square footage ranges from 358 to 815.

Amenities included in your rent are: all meals, all utilities (except phone and cable), daily and weekly housekeeping, pets welcome, free self-laundry, or optional weekly laundry service for $50/monthly fee, fully schedule of recreational, cultural and social activities with transportation, barber/beauty salon, beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens, chapel with daily services, secured entrance and 24-hour security/emergency service and staffing.
