Northview Manor, established in 1988, is a long term, adult foster care,
assisted living facility for the elderly. We are licensed with the State of Michigan. Our family owned and operated facility combines the efforts of a caring support staff with modern conveniences to meet the physical and emotional needs of our residents.
We offer a 40 room facility along with a 20 room secured dementia facility located on the same campus. Short term and respite care stay are also welcomed.
Nestled against a backdrop of pine trees and wildlife, both our facilities, Northview Manor and Northview Special Care Unit, radiate a home-like environment. We are located in northeast Grand Rapids just minutes away from shopping and restaurants, making it convenient for residents and their families.
We realize we are dealing with a transitional time in life for both the residents and their families. Our responsibilities to them are to provide an atmosphere that fosters the resident’s independence and dignity, but also to have compassion and hope for those dealing with the frailties of the aging process.
