The Leland Home is a thirty nine bed, non profit, all private pay, licensed residential care facility that offers personal care assistance to residents who need help with activities of daily living such as dressing, walking, bathing, etc. A dedicated group certified nursing assistants—many of whom have worked at the Leland Home for years—provide personalized assistance. In addition, our experienced nurses are authorized to administer medications and monitor the health and well being of our residents.
Our residence promotes aging in place, that is, our residents can continue to live at The Leland Home as their needs change. Residents who require nursing care services have priority access to the Home’s eight bed, non skilled, on-site nursing care center. Our home-like center provides full assistance with daily tasks at a cost significantly below larger, institutional nursing facilities.
