To begin with, Grayson House residents get so much more space for their money. Our conventional market-rate one bedroom assisted living apartments, which range in size from 503 to 698 square feet, are 25% to 50% larger than those offered by most other assisted living communities in the greater Springfield area. Plus, no other market rate retirement community in the greater Springfield area offers the two-bedroom, two-bathroom assisted living apartments that are available at Grayson House. Like our one bedroom apartments, our two bedroom apartments are very spacious, ranging in size from 554 square feet to 772 square feet. All of Grayson House’s conventional assisted living units feature: a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinets; and a spacious living room area.   • Our assisted living apartments are offered on a rental basis with inclusive monthly fees which cover between 80%-90% of the cost of living for most individuals. Services covered include:
