Our home was established in 1983. Our home’s configuration is two houses that were located side by side to each other and were connected in 1994 by a newly constructed building. Hence the name, Side By Side. We have thirty-six private furnished rooms and one two-bedroom apartment. This connection building contains the kitchen, dining areas, additional private rooms, shower facilities, laundry services and much more. The kitchen/dining area is the central meeting location, as in most private homes. Our kitchen/dining area is set up as an open kitchen with a bar stool counter service along with dining tables. We serve our meals restaurant style. We provide three home cooked meals and two snacks each day with alternate choice of meals daily. Our home has an old fashioned porch along the complete front of the building for resident enjoyment year round. There is a wrap around deck on the back of the building with picnic tables and umbrellas during the summer and fall seasons.
