Providence House at Corey Park offers independent and assisted living for people age 62 and over who want or need supportive services. The non-sectarian community was co-developed by the Archdiocese of Boston Planning Office for Urban Affairs and E.A. Fish Associates, and is managed by Welch Healthcare and Retirement Group, a trusted name in senior housing and health services for over 50 years. The community offers below-market rents to income qualified individuals. The Beechwood Program for those with memory impairment, and Beacon Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Center,
will open in 2005.
Located near Cleveland Circle at the 5.5 acre site of the former St. John of God Hospital, Providence House is readily accessible to seniors and their families from all Boston neighborhoods, as well as the neighboring communities of Brookline, Cambridge, Newton and Watertown.
