Courtyard Estates at Cedar Pointe is located on the eastern edge of Polk County near the town of Pleasant Hill, Iowa. We are set in a very rural area, in a valley, away from traffic and noise. However, our location near the highway 65 bypass and our close proximity to I-80 make us ideal for everyone and very convenient.
We have had continued success caring for our residents, some who have made their homes with us since 2005! It is always our goal to allow our residents to remain in their homes for the rest of their lives! usually there is no reason to seek our alternatives- no nursing home level of care is usually called for even when our residents become ill and suffer occasional declines or even at the end of life. Most of our residents live the rest of their lives in their own home- beautiful spacious apartments, with care providers who have helped them transition form independent elders to those needing more care! This is the best way to age!
At Courtyard Estates Assisted Living Communities you can be as active as you want, or relax and let the world go by, waving as it does! We provide 5-7 activities each day, with full-time activity staff on duty every day, even weekends! We provide shopping trips, trips to the movies- any where you'd like to go! We can even help you get to your appointments!
