Bondurant Iowa is located within easy reach of any Des Moines Metro area...minutes from Ankeny, Johnston, South des Moines as well as nearby Altoona and Pleasant Hill.

Courtyard Estates in Bondurant is the sister of the highly successful assisted living community located in Pleasant Hill. Courtyard Estates in Pleasant Hill has been duplicated and expanded upon, and the community is indeed gracious without being too formal or large.  Courtyard Estates at Hawthorne Crossing in Bondurant is a 40-apartment, single story structure set in a rural environment.  The community is quiet and comfortable.

With assisted living at Courtyard Estates, we provide just the services you're looking for and need.  You can choose to be very independent or if you need a little extra assistance, we can provide this as well.

There is no large, long-term buy-ins at Courtyard Estates.  You are billed monthly, with no obligation should you choose to leave.  But, you won't want to, and we hope that your stay will be a long one at Courtyard Estates.  We can help with nursing care should the need arise and you also do not need a pot of gold to remain with us in the community.  We are one of the only assisted living community in this area that accepts the Elderly waiver should you need this later in life.
