At the heart of our support program is a Personal Assistance Liaison, or PAL, a qualified, compassionate individual who is carefully trained to provide an unparalleled level of service for our residents. Our Person-Centered Living program is designed for persons with memory impairment and recognizes individual interests and abilities and is designed to help each person lead a fulfilling life, Belmont Village offers independent, assisted and memory care lifestyles, all residents receive housekeeping and linen service weekly, snacks, activities, 24- hour emergency call system, staffed building 24/7, scheduled transportation, and all utilities except private telephone and cable TV. In addition Assisted and Memory care residents receive 3 meals per day, regular nurse monitoring, wellness checks, and daily trash removal. We have a flat fee for additional care, which includes medication management. Memory care fees are all of care and medication management. Respite care is offered based unavailability.
