Our Resident Care Manager develops individual care programs for each resident based upon their unique needs. Using hand-held computers our dedicated caregivers can monitor each residents care. Utilizing our proprietary computer-aided system, our CaraSyst ® program provides us the latest information regarding each resident's health status, as well as outcomes for specific care regimens as we coordinate needed services for that individual.
