Harmony residence provides state of the art Alzheimer's care through our programming in 18 specially designed private apartments. The Nursing Center at La Posada is a 40 bed skilled nursing facility consisting of all private rooms and provides round the clock skilled nursing care for those residents that require rehabilitation and specialized nursing care on a short or long term basis.

Our community allows our residents to enjoy their privacy and independence. Personalized attention from our skilled staff of nurses and caregivers ensures our complete continuum of care.
