"I placed my Dad in Walnut House over the week-end. So far he is doing OK there. Thanks you so much for all of your help and support (and pushing) to get this done. I think I have been trying to make him live a life, this last year, that I wanted him to live and he was no longer capable of doing it. Being the parent for your parents is really hard. Thank God, there are people like you who can be a resource."

"A Place for Mom really filled a need for my family and me. As I mentioned to you, the fact the you provided me with several locations tailored to my aunt's and cousin's needs narrowed our search considerably. Also the information you provide with suggestions on how to deal with their doubts and fears is very useful. I am so appreciative for an organization such as yours!"

"A Place for Mom is a real life saver; mother had fallen in excess of 15 times in the past year and when we took them on vacation with us Dad fell twice (that makes 3 times within 3 weeks) and Mom fell once. In the past year she has broken both wrists, one at a time. If it wasn't for A Place for Mom, I would still be at their beckon call, 24/7. I can't believe what two weeks of meals three times a day has made in their appearance. They both have pink cheeks and look much healthier. It's wonderful to know that you are there if I need you, your an angel! "

Brandywine Assisted Living at Fenwick Island- OPEN July 28th (AZ)

Life is beautiful at Brandywine Senior Living.  We have luxurious individual suites with a private bath and kitchen area.  Meanwhile, on the other side of your door are services to meet your needs, and entertainment to enliven your spirit.

With on-site–not–on–call licensed nurses only steps away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there is no need to worry about where to turn for care.

When not relaxing in the privacy of their own suites, our residents can enjoy good company in one of our spacious, well-appointed dining rooms or comfortable lounge areas.  Likewise, they can choose to spend time in one of our landscaped courtyards, terraces, and garden areas - each a perfect setting for a leisurely conversation with family and friends.  Most importantly, they are not alone anymore.  Isolation and boredom are probably the two most impacting factors on aging.  When you have friends, when you can laugh, when you have a reason to get up in the morning - and look forward to your day - your life is, indeed, beautiful.

Brandywine Assisted Living offers a state of the art program for those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory impairments.  Our specialized program, Reflections, is based on the concept of providing a Relationship Based Approach to Care.  Building positive relationships between residents, caregivers, families and the community through individualized care and therapeutic activities is the hallmark of our program.
