An Historic Place to Call Home. The property and building now known as Hamilton Heights Place has a long and vivid history dating back to 1773. Much of the unique character of the historic building has been preserved in the elegant public spaces and spacious apartments within. Hamilton Heights Place offers 106 traditional apartments and, in a separate wing, 11 units for residents with early stage memory impairments.

Trade the uncertainties of living alone and the responsibilities of home maintenance and meal preparation for our support and care. One monthly fee covers everything from apartment rental with utilities (except telephone), to all meals, housekeeping, a varied social program, and scheduled transportation. Choose the apartment style that best suits your needs, from studios to two bedrooms. Bring your own furniture, and welcome home!

If your need for supportive services increases appropriate assistance can be brought right to your apartment. You don’t have to leave your familiar surroundings. Stay with your friends, dine together in the same dining room, and remain in your own apartment. And, if you are a married couple with differing needs you can still stay together while all of your needs are met.
