    Eaton Terrace II Assisted Living opened in 1988 to provide affordable, service-enriched housing to adults, aged 62 and older.  Located near Lakewood's Belmar Town Center, this community offers 66 studio apartments with beautiful downtown and mountain views.

    Eaton Terrace II offers a comprehensive all-inclusive service package with the emphasis on keeping residents healthy, functional and in charge of their own well-being.  The community is Medicaid-certified and has a contract with Total Longterm Care.  The private pay flat monthly fee includes all utilities.  Eaton Terrace II provides a smoke-free environment and is wheelchair-accessible.
