"I took my parents to Meadow Lodge in Chelmsford MA yesterday. I think this is a great place for them. They can share a apartment and my dad will get the extra care he needs. My mom will have the freedom to have an active life and know he will be cared for by the staff. You don't know how much of a relief this is not to put him in a nursing home. Located in the heart of Tustin, the community offers spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments each with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, large walk-in closets and individual climate control. 

 

Our Generations neighborhood for those with memory impairments offers both private and semi-private accommodations.  Our specialized neighborhood includes a separate dining room, living room and outdoor patio for residents to socialize. 

 

 Freshly prepared meals are served three timed daily in our restaurant-style dining room.  The dining room also offers a cozy fireplace seating area. Our community also offers a unique third floor theater room, large lobby with refreshments, intimate library with computer access and comfortable living room.

Amenities and Services

  • Staff is available 24 hours a day to help with escorting, eating, bathing, dressing or walking. We can also help with medication management. We are able to accommodate hospice residents and work with many outside resources to help provide the highest level of care to meet our residents needs. Care is based on a point system. Each resident undergoes a thorough nurses assessment prior to admission.
