"Residents are the heart of our community."  AlmaVia of San Rafael is a faith-based, non-profit Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) which includes independent and assisted living, as well as a specialized area for memory care called, Bridgehaven. We offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath apartments. 

Our custom care approach to Assisted Living allows residents, staff and other health care professionals to develop a service plan that meets the individual needs of each resident. Needs do not have to fit into a pre-determined package of services. Services include medication management, assistance with personal care, escorts to dining and social programs and coordination of healthcare.
