San Carlos Elms is a comfortable home setting with the security and benefits of supportive services to each resident. The Elms is conveniently located within easy walking distance of beautiful downtown San Carlos churches, Senior Center and City Library. Fire and Police Departments are within four blocks of us.

San Carlos Elms was built with spacious apartments, designed with our resident's needs and services in mind. Security features include 24-hour emergency response system, fully ADA appointed bathrooms. Wall to wall carpeting, kitchenette and utilities plus basic cable are included. In addition, three delicious meals are served daily in our beautiful dining room and weekly housekeeping and linen service is furnished. Activities and entertainment are offerd plus scheduled transportation seven days a week at no extra charge. We provide secured parking spaces for those who drive.

A selection of services is available, for assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, medication supervision and escort service should you need.

We are proud of our continuing good reputation and to be able to display our awards: "Beautification Award" from the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce, awarded 1996; "Top Performing Senior Housing" - Secretary's commendation.
