Jessica with her exhaustive knowledge of the New York health care industry, caring personality and tireless work ethic, is an invaluable asset to A Place for Mom. My initial conversation with Jessica involved her getting a feel for our Mom's then living conditions and what was going on in her life that was necessitating the search for assisted living. At the end of our hour long conversation, there was a consensus between us of which facilities would potentially be a good fit for our Mom. Jessica made the initial introductions, asking that they contact me to set up appointments for a visit and provide me with informational packets. Thank you A Place for Mom for affording my siblings and me an avenue and valuable resources that we so greatly needed in finding our Mom a safe, warm and caring home, for what we hope are many years to come."
