We offer many features geared toward senior adults, including a fireplace living room, a community room with kitchen, an activity and billiard room, free personal laundry facilities, a dining room, parlor rooms on each floor, a library, covered patio and covered parking area, beauty/barber shop, and a gift shop. Trillium Park has 80 private apartments. Residents can choose from three types of single rooms, and two types of two bedroom apartments. Apartments feature wall-to-wall carpeting, a kitchenette, large walk-in closets, and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and scheduled transportation and activities are also included in the monthly rent. In addition, Trillium Park is located in a beautiflul residential neighborhood surrounded by lovely homes and close to churches and shopping. From the attractive brick exterior and gracefully arched windows to its elegant interior and spacious apartments, Trillium Park offers a surprise at every turn.
